DAMn - A Matter Of Perception

On the top floor of the northern ‘broeltoren’ we took care of the scenography for the anniversary-event of DAMn°Magazine. This exhibition took place at the occasion of Interieur Kortrijk 2014.

The roofstructure of this medieval tower delivered the main concept. A part of the struss structure was subtracted and rotated. These formed eight elements, from the center. The artworks were hung at this new construction. The added trusses and the artworks define the space and guide the visitor through the exhibition.

A matter of perception showed the work of 50 designers. Some of the participants: Alberto Alessi, Claesson Koivisto Rune, Julien De Smedt, Honoré d’O, Jasper Morrison, muller van severen, Office Kersten Geers David Van Severen, Philippe Rahm, Scholten & Baijings, Denise Scott Brown, Joep van Lieshout, Lowie Vermeersch.
